Watch the construction of our Sugar Shack on Lackawack Hill, Napanoch, NY from 2023 thru 2025. Ken Christensen uses old fashioned timber framing techniques to build a new barn to house an evaporator for making pure Maple Syrup. Along with his brothers Steve and Ray (and many friends), the structure is built on the site of the original farmhouse at the center of our property in the Catskill Mountains of New York.
